Swimming Classes

Swimming, is recreation and sports, the propulsion of the body through water by combined arm and leg motions and the natural flotation of the body. Swimming as an exercise is popular as an all-around body developer and is particularly useful in therapy and as exercise.

CT Kindergarten UKG class students had great time today in the swimming pool. Tiny tots are always involved in such type of activities where they can grow freely. The students were taught how to resist in the water for longer time. They were given proper guidance by the swimming coach of C T Public School.

Principal Mr. Daljeet Rana and Vice Principal mam Mrs. Sukhdeep Kaur also appreciated the fun time which little children had today in the pool.The students had a great time today enjoying in the swimming pool.
