Virtual meditation session of students of XI and XII Commerce

A beautiful virtual meditation session of students of XI and XII Commerce was held by the teachers of CT Public School. In these days of lockdown, there us such a lot of negativity around which is suppressing our thoughts as well as action. So this meditation session was a great opportunity to feed our mind and soul with positive vibes and try to escalate in life and reach the zenith of success. It was said that children should not be pushed around by the fears in their minds. Instead of worrying about what we cannot control, we must shift our energy to what we can create. Meditation helps us to renew our lives and start afresh.

The children really enjoyed this learning session and promised to do yoga, meditate and exercise for good health and happiness. Principal, Mr. Daljeet Singh, motivated the students to remain positive and focus on their studies and be successful in life.
