As part of its ongoing efforts to promote transparency and collaboration between the school and parents, CT Public School organized a Stakeholders’ Meet on April 29,2025. The purpose of the meeting was to inform and engage parents regarding the Assessment and Evaluation Policy adopted by the school in accordance with the CBSE guidelines and the NEP 2020 framework.

Teachers shared general observations regarding students’ strong and weak areas in academics and co-curricular activities. Emphasis was placed on individual learning needs, encouraging parents to support and guide their children accordingly at home.

Plans for remedial teaching and enrichment programs were discussed to help bridge learning gaps and enhance strengths. The parents were given information related to syllabus coverage, test preparation, balanced evaluation and periodic tests. Honourable Principal,Dr.Saroj Chauhan addressed each concern of the parents with clarity and assured consistent communication through regular PTMs, digital platforms, and academic circulars.

Vice Principal, Ms.Sukhdeep Kaur and Headmistress, Mrs.Arshdeep Ghuman appreciated the active participation of parents and reiterated the school’s commitment to nurturing well-rounded individuals through a fair and student-friendly assessment process. Feedback forms were given to the parents to gather suggestions and ensure continuous improvement in future engagements.

The stakeholders’ meet proved to be a productive initiative in fostering understanding and partnership between the school and parents. It successfully highlighted the school’s transparent and comprehensive approach to student assessment.
