True, celebrating just one day in a year is not enough to match the infinite achievements and successes of women around the world. However, this one day, which is the International Women's Day, can be a reminder to appreciate and celebrate every woman setting examples for young girls.
International Women’s Day that falls on 8th March was celebrated today in CT Public School in the school hall, dedicating the day to all the strong women in the world, specially the women members of CTPS family. To give gratitude to all the women, special arrangements were made .At the entrance of school gate male members presented beautiful bouquets of flowers to every teacher .
In the meeting hall commendable comparing was done by Mr. Ashwani and Mr. Vinod, who were the hosts of the day. An inspirational poem was presented by Ms. Kawal Preet kaur . The hosts presented the significance of the day to the audience.
To add more fun to the celebration few games were played .Then Mr. Rajesh Shukla in his message, recognized the role and importance of women in life’s various domains. He thanked and appreciated all the efforts put in by female workers .
On this special occasion, Worthy Principal, Mrs. Anuradha Chandel and Vice Principal, Mrs. Sukhdeep Kaur expressed gratitude to all the teaching and non-teaching female staff. Appreciating their unstinted effort towards educating young minds , the teachers were felicitated with refreshment.
May the marvellous feminine energy and aura cover the world with its warmth and greatness and may we celebrate women every day, in every sphere of life.
