Inter Class Extempore

With the aim to boost confidence in students
and make them fearlessly express their views, the English department of CT Public School organized an Inter-class Extempore for students of Grade VI and VII digitally. It was a platform for young and budding orators to be able to express their thoughts with confidence and flai in speech on various topics like
Healthy foods.
Are we too dependent on computers?
Are video games responsible for bad behavior among children?
Should we be judged by how we dress?
What is a better measure of success money or wisdom?
Should companies be allowed to market junk food?
Animals have rights.
The participants were given a topic to speak on and were adjudged for voice quality, speech, content and delivery standards.
Shaina Mohan of VI (Achievers) won the first position .
lshaan and Kashish of VIl (Adorable) won second position.
Sihana Sachdeva and Nandini of VI (Adorable) won the third position.
Principal, Mr. Daljeet Rana and Vice Principal Ms. Sukhdeep Kaur, appreciated the efforts of the teachers as well as the efforts of the students who showcased their talent.
