Parents Ki Pathshala

'If you see someone without a smile, give them one of yours.'

Empathy is one of the most important aspects of creating harmonious relationships, reducing stress and enhancing emotional awareness. Empathy is not sympathy. Empathy is more a sense that we can truly understand, relate to or imagine the depthof another person's emotional state or situation. It implies feeling with the person rather than feeling sorry for a person. Dr Kavita Kaushal presently working in Bathinda as a principal in college of Physiotherapy Adesh University Bathinda was invited by CT Public school to deliver a lecture on empathy under the program 'Parents ki Pathshala'. She made children understand how to be helpful and cooperative to others. Children also learnt the methods of preserving the mother earth by not using plastic bags, by recycling and using the garbage of kitchen as organic manure and by not wasting their food. Principal Mr Daljeet Singh Rana and vice Principal Sukhdeep kaur thanked the guest for sparing her precious moments to deliver the golden words to the students.
