Notice to the Parents

Dear Parents

Kindly note a further revision on school leave timings w.e.f. 3rd October, 2018. We regret the inconvenience caused if any. School gates will close at 7:55 am. 

Regarding School Timings

The school timings from 3rd October, 2018 will be as follows:

Classes I-X : 7:50 am to 2:40 pm

Classes XI & XII: 7: 50 am to 12:45 pm

The school gate will be closed at 7:55 am every day.

Notice to the Parents

All the parents/ visitors are requested to show their Aadhar card or any ID proof at the security check-in when visiting school.

Regarding USA Trip

Mock Interviews are being organised for the USA NASA trip studentsto prepare for the Visa Approval. Interviews schedule for the same is as foolows:-

27th September, 2018 (Thursday)- 11:30 am to 1:00 pm

Parents can pick their wards at 1:00 pm.

28th September, 2018 (Friday)- 9:00 am to 11:00 am

Parents need to drop and pick their wards accordingly.

Attendance is compulsory.

Notice to the boarders

This is to inform the parents of all the hostlers that you can take your ward after the meeting on 29th September, 2018 as there is a term break from 30th September to 2nd October for all the students.

Your ward needs to report back on 2nd October, Tuesday by 5 pm, failing which a fine of Rs 1000/- will be levied.No hostlers will be sent home without the parents. 

Parents also need to share their email id's and update their phone numbers in school records on 29th of September, 2018.

Agenda: Revised CTPS Hostel rules

Time: 12 Noon sharp

Venue: Conference Hall

Attendance is mandatory. Please be punctual Parents are cordially invited to join us for lunch after the meeting.

Notice for Boarders

This is to remind all the parents of the boarders (Hostel students) that the Second Installment of the fee for the academic session 2018-19, is due by 30th September, 2018. Kindly adhere to the deadline strictly, to avoid all inconvenience. 

Notice for Day scholars

 Its a reminder to all the parents of day scholars that the fee for the quarter October-December, 2018, has to be paid by 15th of October, 2018. Kindly adhere to the deadline strictly to avoid all inconvenience.

Regarding Online Transaction

This is to request all the parents to make the fee payment for the quarter Oct-Dec online. The online transaction of the fee is being made compulsory w.e.f Jan, 2019.

Regarding US Trip

The second counseling session of studentsfor the US Tour is on 22nd September, 2018, after the examination. Please ensure the presence of your ward. Parents will pick their ward from school gate at 1:00 pm.
