Admission Procedure

Applications are to be filled in and submitted on the prescribed forms complete in all aspects within fifteen days of the issue of forms. (Registration Fee is non-refundable)

• Two passport size photographs
• Birth Certificate from:
  • Chief Medical Officer of the district
  • Municipal Corporation
  • Registrar Births and Deaths
  • Head of the last attended Institute (Recognized/Affiliated)
• Registration/Admission is open from Nursery to XII
  • Admission to Classes I–X is merit-based (test, interview, past results)
  • XI & XII: 60%+ (Medical/Non-Medical), 55%+ (Commerce). Provisional admission on Pre-Board results
  • Nursery Age: 2.5–3.5 yrs | LKG: 3.5–4.5 yrs | UKG: 4.5–5.5 yrs (as of April)
  • Nursery–UKG admission via observation/interview (both parents must attend)

Note

• Transfer Certificate required if coming from another school
• Admission subject to seat availability at management’s discretion

Admission to Hostel

Open for Nursery to XII (boys & girls, limited seats). Special care for NRI students.

Withdrawals

The Principal may withdraw a student on the following grounds:

• Health grounds
• Unauthorized prolonged absence
• Non-payment of fees
• Consistently poor academic performance
• Disciplinary issues

Day Scholars: One month’s notice/fee required. Boarders: One term’s notice/three months’ fee required. Transfer Certificate is issued after clearance and a fee of Rs. 250.
