*Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM), Parent Workshop & Students' Exhibition*

CT Public School and CT Sunshine Kindergarten successfully conducted the Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) along with a Parent Workshop and an Exhibition of Students' Work, witnessing enthusiastic participation from parents, teachers, and the school administration. The event provided a meaningful platform to strengthen the partnership between the school and parents while celebrating the students' learning journey.

Parents attended the PTM with great enthusiasm and interacted individually with the respective class and subject teachers. Detailed discussions were held regarding each student's academic progress, classroom performance, behaviour, strengths, and areas requiring improvement. Teachers shared constructive feedback and suggested effective strategies to support the students' academic growth and holistic development.

Parents were encouraged to share their observations, concerns, and expectations, and all their queries were addressed patiently, ensuring open communication and mutual understanding.

The Principal personally interacted with every parent, dedicating valuable time to discuss each child's overall progress, behaviour, and academic performance. Her insightful guidance and encouragement were highly appreciated by the parents and further strengthened the bond between the school and families.

A Parent Workshop was also organised to apprise parents of the school's academic expectations, effective learning habits, basic manners and etiquette, and the overall development of children. The workshop guided parents on how they can actively support their children's learning and character-building at home. Parents' queries were addressed by the respective class teachers under the guidance of Kindergarten Coordinator Mrs. Suman Bhalla, making the session highly informative and interactive.

The highlight of the event was the Exhibition of Students' Work, which beautifully showcased the creativity, innovation, and learning achievements of the students. The exhibition featured well-designed thematic corners, including the Language Corner, Science Corner, Mathematics Corner, and Social Science Corner, where students displayed their holiday assignments, projects, charts, models, and various creative activities. Every exhibit reflected the students' understanding of concepts, imagination, practical application of knowledge, and dedicated efforts under the guidance of their teachers.

Parents visited each exhibition corner with immense interest and admiration. They appreciated the creativity, presentation skills, and hard work displayed by the students. The innovative projects and working models received overwhelming praise and stood as a testament to the school's commitment to experiential and activity-based learning.

Overall, the Parent-Teacher Meeting, Parent Workshop, and Students' Exhibition were a grand success. The event fostered stronger school-parent collaboration, encouraged meaningful dialogue, celebrated students' achievements, and reaffirmed the school's commitment to providing a nurturing environment for the holistic development of every child.

"Strong parent-teacher partnerships nurture confident, happy, and successful learners."
